High-purity and available online for priority dispatch, 2-Phenyl-4,6-bis(3-(triphenylsilyl)phenyl)-1,3,5-triazine, CAS No. 2252416-90-1, Sublimed ≥99.0%


mSiTrz is wide bandgap (4.11 eV) triphenylsilyl high triplet energy exciplex phosphorescent host with a triaryltriazine core. The electron deficient nature of the triazine give the rise of the electron transport property of mSiTrz which could also be used with some other electron donating hosts, i.e. oCBP to form exciplex hosts.

Mixed host oCBP:mSiTrz has achieved high external quantum efficiency over 20% with a color coordinate of (0.14, 0.16) deep blue and device lifetime of longer than 1000 h at 100 cd m-2 [1].
