Zn(BTZ)2 is one of the most studied high efficient electroluminescent material. It has also been widely used as an excellent electron transporting materials in OLEDs [1].

Zn(BTZ)exhibits an unusual broad electroluminescent (EL) emission and for this reason, a single-emitting component for white light emitting diodes can be fabricated by using Zn(BTZ)2 as emitting layer material [2]. It has also been reported that with an insertion of rubrene layer, the purity of the white light emitting of Zn(BTZ)can be improved [3].
