CAS Number 733038-89-6

Cz-DPS is consisted of two electron-donating carbazolyl moieties on both end of the molecule and one electron-withdrawing diphenylsulfone centre unit. HOMO of 9,9'-(Sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene))bis(9H-carbazole) is localised on the donor moieties extending to the diphenylsulfone unit, whereas LUMO of that is predominantly localised on the diphenylsulfone unit.
Cz-DPS is normally used as a bipolar host for TADF dopant or it could be used as a blue dopant itself.
