CAS Number 850221-63-5

SimCP is an arylsilane derivative with an mCP structure attached. SimCP shows a higher glass transition temperature (Tg = 101 °C) than the more commonly used host material, mCP.
SimCP is widely used as a phosphorescent host for blue, green and white emitting OLED devices. SimCP hosts possess the best bipolarity when compared to mCP or SimCP2; the best current efficiency should be expected when SimCP is used as host, especially when it is solution processed to give a homogeneous film of the host-guest blend.
