Our substrates are manufactured from commercial-grade ITO used in the flat panel display industry for high consistency and very low defect rates. The encapsulation epoxy has been proven not to damage delicate polymers or reactive layers (such as calcium), and the encapsulation slips prevent water and oxygen ingress when storing your devices under ambient conditions. For testing, our electrical connection legs clip easily onto the sides of the substrate to make reliable contact with the ITO.
