Carbon steel; sharp edges. Break in half lengthwise for use (protect fingers and use eye protection). This is the preferred cutting blade for use with the PELCO easiSlicer™. Ideally suited for use with Microslicer™, Vibratome^® and other vibratory slicers. Excellent when used as is (unbroken) in McIlwain Tissue Chopper.
