Pin Vise and Micro Needles

This quality pin vise, with a wide choice of micro needles, is ideally suited for probing, picking, scribing, cleaning, marking and similar fine work. There is a wide choice of fine pointed needles for different grades of precision work.

• Straight stainless steel needles with 0.25, 0.40 and 0.55 mm diameter
• Angled stainless steel needle with 0.25, 0.40 and 0.55 mm diameter
• Very fine and straight short micro needle with a 0.1mm diameter
• Sharp carbon tool steel needle (nickel plated) with a diameter of 0.35mm.

The stainless steel micro needles are more flexible and suitable for probing, picking and sorting. They are also more chemically resistant. The carbon steel needle is stiffer and harder and more suitable for marking, scribing and cleaning applications.

The Precision Pin Vise has a knurled brass handle for a firm grip and a precision carbon steel collet for holding the needles. 80mm (3-1/8") long. The maximum needle diameter capacity for the pin vise is 0.70mm (0.028").
