Adjustable Film Applicator
Quick and easy coating thickness adjustment for a wide range of wet film coatings with a single instrument. Accurately control the gap height of your applicator down to the micron level, with both analogue and digital height readout options. Select the film applicator that is right for you with coating widths ranging from 50mm to 200mm.
The specially designed gap slot optimizes flow of solution into the gap and comes with an integrated slurry spreader to ensure that the slurry is retained within the applicator and distributed across the full width.

Precision Micrometer Heads
A choice of analogue or digital micrometer heads provide high accuracy blade positioning. For improved reproducibility and efficiency, the blade is calibrated to the zero position of the micrometer gauge.
